PRODUCT CHANGE

We reserve the right to change the product(s) to another size, color or other product within 14 calendar days of delivery of the parcel to you, if it meets the necessary requirements. The cost of change is 5 €.

Conditions for return:

1. The product should not be used

2. Refund shall be made within fourteen (14) calendar days

3. It should be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and the packaging is that which normally accompanies the product

In case that you need to use the right for refund, you must contact us by phone or via e-mail within the time limit set.

After contacting us about the change, we send a new package and then exchange the old package hand in hand with the distributor (courier).

Inside the package you've already received is the change-refund form, setting out in detail all the conditions for change and a form to fill in necessary data.

After you contacting us about the change, place the items you wish to change in their original packaging. You should also place the change-return completed form in the packaging and pack the package with wrapping paper or any bag.

In order of safe return, the products must be properly packed -in a larger box- so that they are protected during shipment.

ATTENTION! The exchange must be concluded only hand by hand.

PRODUCTS RETURN

We reserve the right to return of refunded product(s) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the parcel from you and if it meets the necessary requirements.

Conditions for reimbursement:

3. It should be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and the packaging is that which normally accompanies the product

In case that you need to use the right to return, you should contact us by phone or via e-mail within the time limit set.

After you contact us concerning return, place the items you wish to return in their original packaging.

In order of safe return, the products must be properly packed -in a larger box- so that they are protected during shipment.

The return of products will be made solely by the same courier company, from which you received the parcel.

Money refund for the purchase of the product is made in cash (cash on delivery). The refund process will be completed within ten (10) days of receipt of the products and if they are in perfect condition.

ATTENTION! Before any return, you must first have contacted us by e-mail or telephone, in order to record any action in our records, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
