www.labrinos.gr website includes online store Lamprinos Panagiotis company. The company headquarters are located in 90 El. Venizelou Str, Nea Ionia, Attica. This online store (e-shop) enables both our customers and all internet users to inform themselves directly about the products offered by our company and to make their purchases online.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA SHOULD I DECLARE DURING MY ORDER?

In order to carry out any transaction through the online store (e-shop) of LAMPRINOS PANAGIOTIS Company and to place the company's products orders, some personal data of the customer will be requested. 6. ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Orders through the online store constitute distance sales contracts governed by the legal framework of Law. 2251/1994 (as currently in force) and the amendments referred to in Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Official Gazette A 116 / 16.05. 2003).

The user may request a valid conclusion via the online store, if he/she has the capacity to perform legal acts according to the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (if at least eighteen years of age and is not subject to guardianship for the award of contract of sale). Orders can also be made by legal representatives of legal persons. The company LAMPRINOS PANAGIOTIS reserves the right to claim the return of the supervising guardian or any orders carried out by persons that do not have the capacity to perform legal acts.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone, to tell us if you still wish the completion of your order under these conditions. The company LAMPRINOS SA assumes no liability for any situation that is out of its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your convenience.

In case you have placed an online order and during the delivery you find out that something is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the details required and send you the missing products without any additional charge.

Modification of the terms hereof:

• The www.labrinos.gr reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of trade. The company also undertakes obligation to update the present text upon any change or addition to the terms.
